HEALTHY EATING

Eating natural food keeps you health more than made food. If u are health and exercise a lot there is no reason to avold tubers like potatoes and sweet potatoes or healthy non-gluton grains like oats and rice. if you are overweight or have metabolic issues(low HDL, high LDL cholesterol,triglycerides,belly fat,etc.)you should restrict all high-carb foods. wHAT TO EAT *fish:is a highly recommendable and very healthy,its rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients,you should eat fish everyday *fruit;everybody needs fruit because of it richness in vitamin,it is still high in suger,so eat in moderation if you need to lose weight. *nut and seed:almonds,walnuts,sunflower seed are rich in various nutrients,but high in calories,eat wisely if you need to lose weight. Drink lots of water and excerise a lot.
